Caisie Follette PT, DPT

Caisie grew up in Federal Way, Washington, before spending time in northern Minnesota and later relocating to Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota, completing pre-physical therapy coursework before continuing her education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. There, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with Honors in 2022.

Caisie began her career in a locally owned pediatric clinic in Rockledge, Florida, where she worked in a collaborative setting alongside occupational and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care. She has experience treating children from infancy through young adulthood with a wide range of diagnoses. In addition to pediatrics, she has a background in outpatient orthopedics and received mentorship in manual therapy techniques.

Her passion for pediatrics was solidified during a clinical rotation in a pediatric outpatient clinic, where she discovered the joy and fulfillment of working with children and their families. She values building strong connections, supporting each child’s unique development, and creating engaging, motivating therapy sessions. While pediatrics comes with unique challenges Caisie feels well-prepared, thanks in part to her 11 years of experience working as a nanny for 3 different families.

In July 2026, Caisie relocated across the country with her husband, their five-month-old child, and two cats. She is excited to escape the Florida heat returning to the Pacific Northwest, where she can enjoy the outdoors and spend time hiking.

Caisie is thrilled to contribute her unique experiences while continuing to learn and grow alongside her colleagues.
